Due to Rotterdam Marathon (April 13), the cheap and mid-range hotels are quite booked already. Please book your hotel asap. A short list of hotels is supplied at the web-site.
Please Email abstracts in either *plain text (ASCII)* or *MS Word* format to Najaf Amin at
n.amin@erasmusmc.nl. In your letter, please indicate if you prefer a poster or oral presentation.
Please use the following format:
1. Abstracts should be written in *English*
2. Title of the paper. If avoidable, please do not use abbreviations
3. Names of all authors. Initials of first names must precede last
names. Don't include degrees or titles
4. Affiliations (department, institute, city, country) of all
authors. Do not include street address, postal code or e-mail address
5. Up to 5 key words
6. The text of the abstract
7. References should be inserted in the text as "author, year" in
round brackets. In the case of two authors cite as (author1 and
author2, year). For more than two authors cite as (author1 et al.,
year)
8. Please note thet the abstracts will be made available to
participants via the web and as a booklet at the beginning of the
meeting.
